Hiwatt Echo-Theremin
- The theremin was invented in 1920 by a Russian physicist
named Lev Sergeiyvich Termin (his name was later changed to
Leon Theremin). It's a unique instrument because the Theremin
is played without being touched! As a hand approaches the
antenna, the pitch gets higher.
